Hi
I need some advice on PDAs I am currently in the market for a PDA. I require one for personal use, but mainly for work use. My basic requirements are that it has to be a windows powered pocket PC, Bluetooth, WLAN and MP3 playback and the two that are of particular interest to me are
The Dell X30 624MHz - £252 Dell site
http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/compare.aspx/axim_x30?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs
or the Hewlett Packard 4150. - £244 PC world Online. (very odd to see PC world doing something at a good price, They usual rip people off!!!!!, but its the cheapest price I could find on the net)

Now I do favour the Dell X30 because if I buy it before the 29th Sept I can get it off the dell site with a further 10% discount and as a typical Punjabi I cant miss out on the discount, and also it has a more powerful processor but having read reviews and talking to people, more People are favouring the HP one because of better support and battery life. So I am in a dilemma and as I know you know lot about these things I was wondering if you favoured one of the other. G singh told me that youd probably be the best person to speak to. One thing I should say is that battery life is Very important, as I need to use it regularly, the WLAN will be used a lot as we have a wireless network throughout the whole school I work at. So I dont want to have the difficulty of the battery running out and I have been made aware that having the WLAN on will drain the battery.
Any advice that can be given I would be very grateful , as this is an unknown market for me, I need all the advice I can get.
thanks
