    Welcome to Tech Support Guy
As advised on the other topic you started on the same problem - PLEASE do not start two topics on the same problem.

One of the reasons is that you can easily have two separate people helping, one on each topic, and that is clearly a waste of time and not helpful to you either, as you are trying to respond to both topics, or alternatively ignoring one of them.

That all said, please do not worry about it now

NOW to the problem in hand
    From our Welcome Guide
    SO
    is not really enough detail

What full model details of the Dell
Is this error on an installation procedure
What process preceded the start of this error
What occurred to make the installation necessary - if it is on a reinstall of XP
    etc.
