You can't do anything with those kind of errors. ( permission to access URL ) because it is a problem with the web site.'s configuration. Hopefully the web admin will notice it soon from the logs.

This is the home page for Macy's which I had no problem loading with the Internet Explorer 11.0.220 and Mozilla Firefox 83.0 browsers.

What internet provider are you using? I had an issue not being able log in to them to order from my work site a while back.
