Desktop Icon Font Color Change

    anyone know how to change the desktop font color?> by default it white,, i wanna to change it into black which more suitable for reading!
    i have tried to customize --> right click desktop-->select personize--> windows color and appearce setting--> advanced -- desktop but the font color is grey not available to chaneg

    thanks alot~~~!

    I changed mine to black....I don't remember if this is how I did it, but give it a try

    From Personalization > Window Color and Appearance > then click "open classic appearance properties" (link on bottom of that window) > in appearance window, click on
    Advanced button. Click on 'Color' #1, choose black and OK.

    I think chose 'Desktop' ... but you could also try 'message box'. Sorry for my own confusion :eek:
