Desktop Icons in Alpha Order

Hi, Gang:

Is there a way to sort ALL desktop icons in strict alpha order--including My Computer, My Documents, Recycle Bin, etc.

If not, is there a way to just place those programs whose icons now go up front (such as Norton 2005 and SnagIt) in alpha order--just leaving MS system icons at the front?

Did you try right-clicking on your desk top?

 

Right-Clicing on the desktop and selecting "Arrange icons by" will sort most desktop icons--but not the ones I mentioned in my original post.

 

Manually drag them to the arrangement you want.
