    Welcome to Tech Support Guy

I think the best advice is that you would be far better advised to post on a different sort of site
The basic purposes of this site is as per the title Tech Support Guy Computer Help
    https://techguy.org/history/

Although there is a random discussion forum the forum you have posted in is for help with digital processing and imaging - more on the line of questions relating how to - than finding people

I am sure a web search for sites in your geographical area will produce some results on finding lost friends
I presume you MUST know their name - even if the person is female and may then have changed their name on marriage

Facebook may be a place to start by opening an account and asking if ( name ) or anyone who knows them reads this message etc

I personally would be aware of publishing a photo of someone at the first stage in a public forum

When you say there must be a way - if there is other than what I suggest I do not know of it

This doesn't fall into the scope of the assistance that we provide here.

The real question, if you do not know this person, then why are you trying to track them?

Hi, Its kind of embarassing I recently was romance scammed , pathetic I know , anyway I know that the man in the photo was not the one who was romancing me but I feel like I need to meet this man now . I have a couple of pictures . I am able to separate real from fiction but still feel like something is missing if I don't meet him. This went on for about 4 months . I have not told anyone I know what has actually happened. I really don't know much when it comes to computer . So this is my sad story. Lol

As the site administrator - my good colleague Cookiegal posted
So whilst we can understand your desires IMHO the situation remains as above from Cookiegal
    Namely we cannot help.

All I can say is if you feel you've been scammed the wise thing to do would be to report it to the authorities. Also, it's not prudent to seek out this individual since you don't know their true intentions at this point. Best to let sleeping dogs lie, as they say.

Since there's nothing we can do to assist I'm closing this thread.
