    Hello,
Running Vista as admin, but cannot start Diagnostic Policy Service. Message states: "Windows could not start the Diagnostic Policy Service service on Local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied." Network diagnostics cannot run because the Diagnostics Policy Service is not running, and windows cannot find a network to connect to.

    Any help would be appreciated
    thanks
