Hello, thanl you for this forum. Much appreciated.
My laptop started with messages that the diagnostic policy
Has stopped and error 5 is denied.
I think i then did something and now the laptop starts and
Automatically shuts down after a min and then restarts.
I originally just wanted to enable this diagnostic pplicy to
Be enabled so that my internet could work.
    Do i have a virus?
I am at my wits end.
