    Hello,

I have a Windows NT 4 server that is getting hammered with logon attempts. Hundreds and hundreds of failed logons daily. I can see this joker in my event viewer, but there is no way to get his IP. I've tried some third party logging software like I run on my Linux machines, but I still can't find him in the logs. Is there a way that NT will do this for me? I can't find a thing if there is. If not, can anyone point me in the right direction for some logging software.

    Unfortunatly no,

This machine provides email and web services with a public IP. I've never had anything like this before so it hasn't been an issue. Also, with so many of the services needed, it'd be nasty to put it behind one. Errrr, I do have a software firewall called port monster running, but I'm not sure what ports I can block to try and stop this joker.
