Difficult one...

    I keep getting an ERROR CODE 1606, COULD NOT ACCESS NETWORK LOCATION %PROGRAM FILES%\ICQ\549CD\MY PICTURES\. when trying to install certain programs on my Windows XP Home Edition computer, one example; Norton Personal firewall 2002.
    HELP!

    Run housecall , and if that doesnt turn up with anything try undating windows.
