Difficulties trying to load FS on my new system

Hey all,

I just recently built a new computer, everything was fine until I tried loading my Flight Sim 2004. Attached is a pic of the error I get. Any ideas?
BTW, here's my setup:
MSI K7N2 Delta Mobo (400MHz FSB)
AMD Athlon XP 3200+
RAM 1 Gig DDR
ATI Radeon 9800 XT (256MB)
