Hi, I was wondering if I can get some help out here. I have had directv for about 75 days now. I've noticed when there is slight rain and thunder I lose reception. This has happened 3 times during the time I've had directv. Should this be happening and is there something that can be done about it? I appreciate any help.

We've had DirectTV for more than a year, now. We've never had a problem with light rain, or even most thunderstorms. In fact, it has to be raining so hard that we literally can't see our yard out our window, and storming so bad that we have unplugged all electronic equipment and are cowering in a doorway in the center of the house (and are therefore not watching TV anyway, lol) before we lose reception.

I would give them a call and see if anything can be done about it.
