Disable specific USB devices

    Is there a way to disable specific USB devices from being recognized when connected in Windows XP SP3?
    For example if a keyboard, mouse or printer is connect it would install and work properly, however if there was a flash drive, external hd, iphone, etc.... connected it would not install?
