I am a teacher in a computer Classroom. We are on a school network and certain students abuse the internet privalages. Is there a way for me to restrict the internet for a certain computer in the network besides unplugging an ethernet cord?

Sounds like a question for your Network Admins.
We had a Network Group we could put the kids in when we wanted to restrict Network access. This of course has to be done on the server level. If they were in the NO INTERNET group they were blocked from the Internet on the Proxy Server that goes out to the Internet.

That sounds like a disciplinary problem, not a technical one unless you plan to remove all Internet access privileges for one student forever.
