I want to mirror Server 2003 Disk 0 to a new hard disk (Disk 1 )

Disk 0 - Server 2003 (Hard Disk containing the OS)
Disk 1 - New Hard Disk

I want to mirror Disk 0 on Disk 1 ,
I converted Disk 1 to Dynamic disk...but when I tried to convert the Disk 0 to dynamic disk...... it displayed an warning message (Message = > After you convert these disks to dynamic, you will not be able to start other installed operating systems from any volume on these disks )

How can I proceed , will I loss data or corrupt the disk containing the OS (server 2003) if I convert Disk 0 to Dynamic
