Booted from a USB drive with WIn 10 on it

As laptop would not boot and went through various repairs with no success

Came across the DISM to repair the image without having to reset or reinstall

SFC apparently found no Integrity Violations

What I can't do is get cleanup-image or restorehealth to work

Tried it with Online switch etc

What is the correct syntax to use this from a bootable USB on the D drive

    Windows is on C

On the USB there is Install.esd in the sources folder

    Thanks

    Try this way.

How to use a Lazesoft Windows Recovery CD or USB device to fix the boot problems if your Windows operating system does not start correctly.
"It is very common for PC users to be faced with a Windows crash. When this happens, the dreaded 'Blue Screen of Death' pops up, or your PC has a black screen and can not boot or start up"

    I tried it

I am not convinced it is written for the latest operating systems. It mentions criteria for XP and Vista booting

I consider it an old program, even though it gives the choice of Windows 10 to start with
