Display in the control panel

    I have not been able to access the display configurations in my control panel. I click on the icon and nothing happens. Anyone know what happened? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Welcome to the forums


    can you right click on your desktop? Select properties.
    That should open up your display options...doc

    I can't even do that. I click on properties and it doesn't do anything. Anymore advice? Thanks

    Have you installed any new hardware or software lately?

    If you're running XP try system restore.

    in the run box type
    sfc /scannow
    and press enter
