Hi all - First let me start by saying the above info is slightly incorrect. I am actually using Linux (Zorin) as my OS.
My issue: When surfing the web my display will sometimes lose all color for a few seconds. This normally happens during high download periods. Such as when there is an advertising video playing on side of screen or if I have multiple tabs open and one of them is either updating or it has a video playing. Sometimes this "blackout" last almost a full minute. When color goes away system doesn't seem to take inputs (mouse clicks) but when color returns clicks are responded to. Latest event happened when trying to test internet speed and there was an ad playing on same page. So, my question: Is it possible that the cause is that I need an actual graphics card and that the built-in video can't handle all the processing? My ISP service is 30M down and 30M up although lately my upload speed isn't even half that but download exceeds 30M.
Thanks in advance for any help
