    cannot access display function window oversized cant access apply button

    Are you trying to change something but can't because windows is over sized?

    Usually you can make adjustments in safe mode. Just press F8 while your computer boots and select safe mode when given the choice. If your display is still too large and you cannot get to the "apply" button, just press the tab button twice. The first time you press tab, you've moved to the "advanced button, the second tiome you are on "OK" the third time you are on "cancel" and the fourth time you press tab you are on "apply". You can press enter when you are on "ok" or "apply"
