Reinstalled Win98SE on a friend's PC and am unable to change the screen resolution/size. I recall having similar problems on mine and the video drivers didn't need changing....can;t drag the screen up enough to see the "apply" button.

Suggestions, or is there a genric drive we could try?

Hi normally means Video drivers need updating.
What's listed under Display Adapter in Device Manager?
Does the same occur in safe mode?

Not at his place right now....I can get the resolution to where we want it, but can;t see the "apply" button...thought there was some way to drag it to view and apply....not sure what adapter it is....standard VGA, I believe.

(Blues harp...cool! I use Lee Oskars....and a Chromatic 260, but am primarily a five string bass player just doubling on harp for a few intros and jams)

Hi standard VGA...comes preinstalled with Win98se you will need the to update the drivers for your video card.

[Lee Oskars use them too..never got the hang of the Chromatic harmonica.
Lee Oskars harps in A and D minor are worth checking out.
My only chance of playing at the moment is at the local folk and blues club once a month]

Use the tab key until the Apply button has focus, and then hit Enter.
