We use GMAIL as our email.
Is there an easy way or a difficult way I guess... to pass along a contact to a constitute?

I have 3 salespeople that I would like to give one of my contacts to them without them having to retype everything. Is there an easy way to do this.

You can export groups of contacts from Gmail in one of three ways, of which the most portable is probably the Vcard. I would suggest you start by putting this individual in their own temporary group so that your export only includes that person. You probably don't want the personal addresses of all your friends going to the sales guys.

    In GMail go to contacts.
Go to the temporary group you put them in.
    Click More Actions
    Click Export
    Select "The group" and "Vcard"
    Click Export
    Download the vcard file.
You can then attach that to your email to the sales people.

Your sales guys will need to reverse the process. If they are using GMail they'll need to
Download the VCard from your email
    Go to Contacts
    Click More Actions
    Click Import
Click Browse and Navigate to the Vcard file they've downloaded.
    Click Import.
