Use the search function and do a whole computer search for that library, you need to set the search and folder options to show hidden files and folders first. If you find one or more locations, look to see if any of those locations match the one in the error, if not, simply copy one of these extra copies into that directory.
If not, look in the Event Viewer, in the Applications Log and see if you find a Warning or Error pertaining to that, if you do, copy the whole text and paste it here.

That error message appears to be associated with an Epson device.

Didn't you already post this issue in another thread here?

I would suspect malware with this one because that isn't a genuine Epson file but a file closely named to resemble an Epson file
moved to malware cleaning

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to download and run the correct version for your system

  • Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please copy and paste log back here.
  • The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to your desktop.

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

Just a little bit more clearing up to do
We need to delete a couple of folders that did contain what looks like other parts of the malware
Delete any existing fixlist.txt from desktop

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to your downloads folder.
