isn't there anything easier? like uninstalling the Epson software? (Which i didn't find)Use the search function and do a whole computer search for that library, you need to set the search and folder options to show hidden files and folders first. If you find one or more locations, look to see if any of those locations match the one in the error, if not, simply copy one of these extra copies into that directory.
If not, look in the Event Viewer, in the Applications Log and see if you find a Warning or Error pertaining to that, if you do, copy the whole text and paste it here.

NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.
