Long story short.... I have an ad network with 2 dns servers (one per subnet). We are noticing on subnet A that the internet is fast for all of the computers. We are seeing subnet B so slow the internet is almost unusable. I have noticed that if I clear the cache on the dns server on subnet B the internet works great for 10 minutes. In the DNS cache is tons of entries for different coutry addresses. Almost all of them look like a "pop-up window" type DNS address. Any ideas would be appreciated!!!

    Thank you in advance.

A virus on your network, most likely a trojan.
