DNS problem with Windows 7? Not going into safe mode? Other issues please read

    A friend of mine had a nasty problem lastnight, it was an issue with MyDomainAdvisor.com, it was redirecting him or something. Well, it got to the point lastnight where he lost alot of functionality on his laptop. I had him run MWB and cleaned the 14 items infected, and then safe mode stopped working for him, we did what we could on regular mode and the computer seems to be running a little better, but something is still wrong, included is his orignial HJT and MWB logs, I will say what was removed below:

    From the HJT, I had him remove:
    All of the Norton crap because he doesn't need it
    The Mcafee crap

    There may have been another toolbar or anti virus I deleted, but did I miss anything major? I can get another HJT log this evening

    The main problem now, is when he goes to most websites, he gets this:
