My computer is connected to the internet, but i cannot get any page to load. When i troubleshoot the connection i get the error,"DNS server might be unavailable". I have emptied the DNS cache. I have restored the computer to factory settings. How do i fix this?

Try changing the DNS servers to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
