Hi there! Thanks for giving this a look; I’m new and honestly have no idea how to go ahout this.

The problem: My computer will occasion drop or refuse to connect to the internet, despite it being hooked up through an ethernet cable. I keep getting the notification of DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNETeven though my system shows im fully connected.

Specifics:
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
System Type: 64-Bit OS, x64-based processor

Windows 10 pro
Version 1803
OS build 17134.407

Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller

I’ve done so many flushes that WikiHow has told me how to do. I even reset the router and network.

Help please???

Those are very likely to be the cause
I strongly recommend you uninstall Avast and McAfee
Use the included Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall
After uninstalling using the details on the link below
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4028054/windows-10-repair-or-remove-programs
on the uninstall a program from settings
REBOOT
and then run the following tools
AVAST uninstall tool
https://www.avast.com/en-gb/uninstall-utility
NOTE the procedure on the link
REBOOT
then run the McAfee tool
https://service.mcafee.com/webcente...enterWidth=100%25&_adf.ctrl-state=sq5mpnvak_9

despite it saying only to use if the uninstall of the windows method fails I advise you to run the tool, as that removes the remaining fragments of the McAfee
REBOOT

Check that Windows defender is running and update it.
Then check if you still have the problem regarding the DNS
