I'm getting this on every website except Facebook and a handful of small news sites. On YouTube, on Google, Bing, Twitter, BBC, NYTimes, Washington Post and many others I'm getting NXDOMAIN.
I've tried every command console command I've been told to, ipconfig /flushdns, /release, /renew, netsh winsock reset catalog and more. I've made every tweak to my browser that I've found recommended. I've tried using Google's public dns, OpenDNS, and Comcast's dns.
Comcast is my ISP, but it's not their fault as I have no problems with the web on my phone and no one else in my house has complained about errors like this.
I'm getting errors on the same sites on Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge. I am using Windows 10. Steam works perfectly fine and my PS4 has no issues with the Internet. The PS4's browser works fine. Any help at all would be appreciated.

it is probably a proxy set in IE
the IE proxy controls chrome
In IE: Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.

In Firefox in Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection and uncheck the proxyserver, set it to No Proxy.

I'm still having problems. I've tried more solutions since I made this thread, including the one you've given me, and none of them work. Sometimes it's all fine, like right now, but most of the time I get one of the two errors, ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED or DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

Apparently I forgot about this thread and started another one. My bad. I was told to copy everything I was given from using the command ipconfig /all, so here it is:
