I have this entry in my services and have it disabled but I have no idea what it is, there are entries in the registry as a legacy driver but i cant find any info on it,
after a more intense search it belongs to a via97 sound chip on board that i disabled

What version of Windows? I don't think that sound chip drivers would properly be classed in Networking. :)

well it does say DNS so i put in networking but i cant delete the thread
there is no delete option
