I'm running Windows XP Pro. Everytime I start Windows, it runs fine for about a minute, and then everything freezes. I can't do anything and have to shut down the computer. It does this everytime I reboot. I can only work in safe mode. I've run Norton Anti-virus and several of the free online virus scans, but none of them can find any viruses. Do I have a virus or is something else wrong with my comp? Thanks a lot!

    Hey Blake

    Try this:

If you can, before the computer shuts down, go to "Start" > "Run" and type in "chkdsk /r". You will be asked if you want to do the test after the next reboot, hit "y" and then hit enter. Reboot the computer, and let chkdsk run. After it's done, let us know if it works fine or not.
