do i need a better computer?

    hi all ,im wondering if anyone can help with the following; my pc is running win98se and the problem is i cant upload photos from my mobile to the pc,even though i have the proper installation disc that came with the phone(nec e616)and i do everything as instructed step by step,i keep getting told windows was unable to find the necessary drivers for this device,and then i cant get past this point.can anyone help me out? if so could you explain what to do with as little jargon as poss please, as im not too clued up with computers yet! thanks

    Welcome! I don't know much about your situation but I do know others will want to know some other information- Like Hard drive size, amount used, how much memory you have installed, etc. If you don't know, go here: http://www.belarc.com/End-User_Products.html and load their simple file and then click on it. It will open a window in internet explorer that will tell you all that information. I am sure some one will ask. Good luck! (Download Belarc Advisor)
