Hello. I am only able to boot to safe mode. My BIOS screen is distorted. Tried flashing the BIOS. This did not change the distorted screen. Re-flashed. No change. Next reformatted. BIOS screen still distorted. Do the windows updates, which include an update for my motherboard. BIOS screen is fixed!

Start using my computer. Back to original system lock. Check BIOS screen. It is distorted again.

My question is, can I do all of these things with a fried motherboard?

Do I have a software issue or a hardware issue?
