Unless your holding it in your lap the entire way. Even with the case being very snug in a box with plenty of foam around all 4 sides, and FRAGILE stickers all over the mother****er, The entire contents of the case were strewn about, jumpers missing, screws loose/missing, IDE's disconnected, so on and so forth. Learn from my mistake and insist that you take it carry on, or disassemble the computer completely before shipping.

With something like that, I'm surprised you didn't take it on with you anyway. I've seen how SOME baggage handlers handle careful luggage ad there's no way I'm gonna leave my laptop for them to throw around. Then theres the added risk of getting it stolen anyway. Is it really worth the hassle? No.

Besides not checking your computer, I suggest you check your profanity at the door. Please read the forum rules before you post next time. :(

Well duh!! Why would you EVER check one as luggage? Have you ever watched baggage handlers put luggage on a plane?
