Do You Really Need NWIZ.exe On Startup?

    Do you really need the NWIZ.exe program loaded at startup???
    If not, how do you prevent the icon from showing up in the task bar????

    No you really don't need it to run at startup, if you don't want it to, start msconfig and uncheck it from the startup list. Next time you reboot it won't start.

    Thanks for the info!!!! Thats another icon I can get removed from my task bar!!!!

    What does NWIZ do when it's running? I've heard it's part of media center and that sometimes it interferes with screen savers. But exactly what does it do?
