Do you think Sony Vaios are overpriced?

    Do you think HP and Toshiba are just as good for laptops.

    Why are sonys so much more $?

    sony are overpriced particularly poor in the graphics side. Toshiba are good, I also like Dell.

    Personally, I went with a 3200+ compaq R3000z series. It's got plenty of power, and with the 12 cell battery good battery life.

    The cons are: it's a bit on the heavy side.
    The graphics are limited to a 64mb Geforce 440.. Notebooks just aren't made for heavy gaming. Still, it runs mame. and UT2004..
