I am working on a customers computer and am running into a wall. It is a Toshiba satellite m45-s169 model no. psm43u-01700p. Celeron M 1.6ghz 512mb ram. Checked the memory and its good, its getting power, hard drive is good. The customer said he was using it and his phone rang, he closed the computer and came back and nothing. Absolutely no response from the computer. Tried a different processor, thinking its the mobo. Any suggestions?

I am looking for a motherboard for a Toshiba Satellite M35X-S309. On the motherboard below and to the right of the chipset it says:

    EAL20 LA-2461 Rev:2.0
    Made In CHINA
    2004-11-17
    Vendor: GCE

It has a 1.4ghz intel centrino.

I need to identify so I can purchase a new one.
