    Hi all,

I am configuring a new workstation and the HP I got has only PCIx slots. Unfortunately our IT department didn't quite understand my request for a firewire 800 card and they ordered me one that A: is firewire 400 and B: is standard PCI. When I reported this they asked me to find one from their supplier, but I can't seem to find a PCi-x firewire 800 card. Can any of you guys point me toward a company that makes these so I can have them order one? Thanks.
