Does Anyone use Thunderbird These Days?

I use the last version that works with XP, it is super slow to launch, & theres a few minor issues for me, but, it works, , , ,

Advantages? It works. Works with multiple OSes (Windows, MAC, Linux, Android). Quite customizable.

The Thunderbird calendar, Lightning looks interesting to me for my Linux installs.

Any comments about it?

I've been using Mozilla's Sunbird ( no longer supported ) on a Win7 platform and like it.
From what I've read in the past, Lightning is similar with more options.

I think I'll try out Thunderbird on a Linux platform in the future.
