Hi Everyone,

This is a very longwinded problem here goes:-
We have being using a company who has set up a new website for us. Our web address was an old domain address never activated but we wanted to reactivate it with a new domain hosting company. (This was not something that we had experience of so depended on the advice of company designing and advising on website). After the changeover of domain hosting companies went through, alot of problems happened. Sorry forgot to mention that the email was also being transferred!!!! We have since learned that when transfer happened the company never requested for the original domain hosting company to "switch off" our account. This blocked a certain source of e mails....(i.e all of the companies who were using the same company as us for old domain host)

Now after many calls and advice we have resolved this problem and we are back receiving all e mails>
but other issues which are happening are as follows:
1. All of the blocked e mails (which were using the old IP Server) are now only being received as SPAM,
2. There are no junk emails allowed in,
3. Any e mail that is deleted disappears completely instead of going to "deleted folder",
Please understand that alot of junk emails that come in maybe perceived as junk by p.c. but maybe promotions linked with our business and we value them. And also deleted items are put there to be viewed at a later date. Again for reasons of communications that need to be viewed at a later date due to customers request etc. !!!
None the less. It is messed up and would greatly appreciate some advice. Our website designer keeps blaming our original broadband company (web and email domain host)

Thanks
Recessionsbuster!!!!
