I managed to track down a game I loved to play at school when I was in Grade School. However its a DOS Game and I am not able to get it to work properly. How can I play it with XP if XP rid of DOS? Im not so technical in how to set up seperate partitions to run dos. I also have found from searching about using emulators but The one I got to run the game wasnt fully operational because the sound kept cutting out and was a trial and had a time limit of like 3 minutes. I hope someone can help me.

I second DOSBox and would also recommened D-fend.
D-fend is a frontend that makes it much easier to setup DOSBox for certain games.
