I'm running IIS 5.0 and I have some files on my site that I want the download dialog box to come up instead of it opening in a program. For example I have some video and audio files on the site and when you click them, it opens in windows media player. You can download it by right clicking and save target as... but can anyone help me get the download dialog box to pop up when you click it? Thank You for any help!

does Windows Media Player start in the browser, or is it the program running outside of the browser as an application?

it may be easier to put them in their own folder without any HTML content in it and include the folder as the last item in the url with a forward slash behind it:

that should open up the plain directory view of this, of course you might have this disabled, but most likely not.
