I have been trying to download Titan poker, Specifically this file:
    TitanPSetup_277faf.exe.part

Everytime i try, it downloads to 100% and then a pop-up brings the message:
C:\Documents and Settings\Profile3\My Documents\Downloads\TitanPSetup_277faf.exe could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.

Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location.

    How can i resolve this?

This indicates that only part of the file has been downloaded:

    TitanPSetup_277faf.exe.part

Where are you downloading it from, and is it in more than 1 part?

Here is the Titan Poker site with instructions.

It's a different file name than you posted.
