My daughter has a download of a paid for app stuck at 100%. If we reboot the computer and go to the download site it comes up at 100% and spins. We cleared the browser history and rebooted also same thing. Is there a way to delete what's already been downloaded and start over.. I'm buffalo'ed

    Dear B:
Are the specs for the problem computer the same as those listed in your account profile?
    If not please provide
brand, model & model # of your computer, or its motherboard
brand, model & model # of: CPU, ram / memory, video card; hard disk drive [ HDD ]
Capacity of HDD; amount of free space on C: partition; size of C: partition
antimalware program [ s ] installed on your computer
    date of problem onset

    Which browser is being used?

Without divulging too much personal information, please provide more information about the item being downloaded.

Have you contacted the app store?

Have you tried a different browser?

Have you tried booting the computer to safe mode with networking [ might not work with a wi fi connection ] for downloading the item?

If you use IE, have you tried using IE9 with no add ons?

If you use FireFox, have you tried using FF in FF;s safe mode [ NOT the same thing as W7''s safe mode ]?

Have you tried downloading the item to a different computer? You might then be able to copy the item to a flash drive or optical disk; then transfer it [ or over your LAN ] to the computer onto which you want to install the item.

    Best of success.

edit: Please provide the service pack [ SP ] for W7. Please provide the version # for all browsers on the computer.
