You can look up the source of the web page. And see if the Video location or link is there.
I think that's all I can provide. :D

Yeah, view the page source code and search for something like .avi, .mpg, .mov etc etc depending upon what type of file it is. That'll tell you the file location.

If it's a file Windows Media Player can play, usually you can open it in WMP and just save the file from there.
