downloading

Everytime i try and download something off a webpage a quicktime sign pops up and then it says it doesnt have the right tools to download this program. I dont know why the quicktime thing would come up at all. I tried uninstalling it, then a windows media player came up and the same thing happened. My email adress is shaunte44@hotmail.com, please get back to me

Follow Bryan's instruction in this thread and delete the "extension" key as shown.
