Hi,first post, dunno if its the right place but will ask anyhow.
I downloaded a hotfix with a supplemental eula for my copy of windows xp,and accepted the license aggrement,I later downloaded the same hotfix another two times, just to read the eula.Does anyone know if this in any way invalidates my license by downloading it again? Any help would be appreciated.

No, as long as you have a legal license copy of Windows you are okay to download it as many times you like.

You can install hotfixes(and the SP2 upgrade) as many times as you want. They're provided free by Microsoft.

Most vendors don't consider download a patch more then once as "copying", but I am not a lawyer.

Download "what" more than once? If you're talking about the hotfixes and the SP2 upgrade, you can download them as many times as you want. There's nothing illegal about it.
