I have a Windows 2003 server, the folders on which I have to map on Windows Vista Home Basic/Ultimate machines. Though the option to "Reconnect at Logon" is selected, it does not preserve the mapping. Every time I have to remap the drive.

Since with XP, the mapping was always preserved, the users complain about this all the time. Is there a way to preserve the drive mappings?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link. Yes, the source machine is up.
I can't get connected after logout and login or after rebooting the machine.
