Whenever i try to use my gaming PC for gaming, if the game requires the PC to work a lot the entire PC blue screens and gives an error message saying it is going to restart.

The message at the bottom says: "Driver Power State Failure"

I have tried to fix this by updating drivers but i don't know how to fix this issue.

That version is 2 versions out of date. The web site for the stop code lookup shown in your screen shot does not even work anymore. Go download MS Media Creation Tool to generate a Windows setup DVD or USB memory stick. Backup your data. Do a custom install.

Windows is continuously improving. Games always rely on the latest Windows to run properly. The latest version is 1903.
