    System:
    Microsoft Windows XP
    Professional
    Version 2002
    Service Pack 3

    Motherboard -
    Manufacturer -- MICRO-STAR INC.
    Model -- MS-6728

My computer was reformatted a while ago and I've been trying to figure out how to get my audio back. The speaker icon is missing from the bottom right bar next to the clock, and dvds won't play when I put them in either.

If it's possible to direct me to a place where I can download whatever drivers I need or tell me what I should do to fix my problem, it would be ridiculously appreciated.

    Thank you.

I'm not sure what the make and model is. I bought it off a friend. It has a big Z on it, if that helps. I tried emailing the friend I bought it off of, but still haven't gotten a response.

Oh, well I used cpuz to get the info.

But isn't the info that i wrote above for the Manufacturer -- MICRO-STAR INC.
Model -- MS-6728 the info that you're asking for. And I'm not sure if it matters, but my monitor has speakers in them, though it's a monitor from another computer.

Thanks for the responses, btw. I just want to get my audio working.

Did you not use the link in my previous post???
It takes you to the driver download page for your motherboard, there you will find the audio drivers - Realtek AC97 Audio Driver
