Drives not booting

    Im running XP on a dell that has 2 sata drives. The computer starts to boot, then beeps twice and says that it cannot find drives 1 or 3. Anyone?

    Look in BIOS setup. Any drives? Check the cable, especially the board end.

    Load the BIOS and hit CTRL + F, then make sure the hard drives are visible in BIOS, save and reboot.
