Drop Down Form Dissappears when Emailed

Hello,

I have Word 2003 and have set up a form that has a few drop down menus. I am coming accross an issue when trying to Send a Copy via email. The drop down menu's show up fine in the form and fine when printed but when emailed they leave a blank space in that field.

Is there anyway to fix this? I have searched all over the net and cant seem to find anything.
